Implementing the resolution of 2015/1345 have been put into effect by the European commission in August 24th , 2015. The resolution has been published on OJEU (Journal of the European Union) on August 4th , 2015, it list safety standard name and reference number for a variety of children’s clothing and care products.
The resolution list one item children’s clothing and four items children care products safety standard name:
EN 14682:2014: Safety of Children’s clothes; Rope specifications of Children’s clothes;
EN 1466:2014: Children and Care product; Portable crib and support; Safety requirement and test method;
EN 1930:2011: Children and Care product; Security fence; Safety requirements and test methods;
EN 12221-1:2008+A1:2013: Children and Care product; Household ark with table for baby-changing;

The second part: Test methods
The European commission on the basis of GPSD (General Product Safety Directive 2001/95/EC) to passed the resolution.
According to the instructions, only safety products can be placed on the EU market.
Safety products refer to the products that meet the appropriate safety standard, including the voluntary national standards which switch from the European standard.
According to instruction article 4(2), once the European standard is adopted, the commission must published the reference number and name of the standard on OJEU (Journal of the European Union).
